    Pseudocyesis is a rare condition that involves a combination of signs or symptoms that are associated with pregnancy, in the absence of an actual pregnancy, as evidenced by laboratory tests or imaging. At an intersection of psychiatric, psychological, and neuroendocrine factors, presentations may vary, and it may be difficult to distinguish from other similar conditions, such as delusion of pregnancy.
