IMPACT FACTOR: 1.2
Cardiovascular events are a leading cause of morbidity and mortality in patients undergoing noncardiac surgery. Inadequate postoperative monitoring is a major factor contributing to postoperative complications. In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, virtual care was widely implemented in Canada to facilitate post-operative patient care.
The world we live in is full of unpredictable events. One of the most recent examples is the COVID-19 pandemic, which started in 2019, and until September of 2023, a total death toll of 6,960,783 has been reported by WHO [1]. This is not the first pandemic of this century and probably won't be the last.

WHO recommends generic as long as they have the same active and chemical composition like brands and passes the quality standards during manufacturing, and packaging.
The objective of the current study is to analyse the nutritional and therapeutic potential of millets from Ayurvedic viewpoints supported by contemporary scientific research. Global population growth necessitates addressing food and health issues caused by an imbalanced diet of high-calorie fast foods.
CPOE (Computerized Provider Order Entry) is used to enter patient orders electronically. COVID-19 is a respiratory disease. Smokers are at risk for severe COVID-19 requiring enhanced respiratory and ventilatory support. However, it is unknown how modifying the CPOE system will identify patients at risk for severe COVID-19 based on smoking status.
This review aims to investigate the relationship between long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) involved in cancer and those affected by SARS-CoV-2 infection.

All fish carry pathogens and parasites, usually very harmful to the health of any fish if symptoms are high. Most of the diseases known to fish are those of aquarium fish and, more recently, farmed fish. Disease is a major factor affecting fish mortality, especially when the fish are young. Fish can limit the effects of pathogens and parasites by behavioral or biochemical means, and these fish have reproductive advantages. Interacting factors lead to the transformation of a low-grade infection into a fatal infection...

Asymptomatic infections with SARS-CoV-2 are associated with viral transmission and have a key role in the propagation of the pandemic [1]. Understanding viral shedding during asymptomatic infections is critical. Unfortunately, data on asymptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection in children is extremely limited [2].
This review unravels the novel approaches, innovations and applications of immunology in the diagnosis of infections in a clinical microbiology laboratory. Many assays or tests in immunology are used in the diagnosis of infections. The availability of monoclonal antibodies has brought rapid progress to this area and they are used, for example, to identify specific microorganisms in culture or in tissues and fluids from infected patients.
Background: The possibility of SARS-CoV-2 reinfection in covid-19 survivors is known, but the rate and associated risk and protective factors remain unclear.
Objectives: 1. Determine incidence rate of covid-19 re-infections in GP consultation; 2. Assess the risk and protective factors to present covid-19 re-infections.
