A 58-year-old patient, followed for a colorectal adenocarcinoma, initially placed under neoadjuvant radiotherapy, who developed 6 months later, an asymptomatic anal tumor gradually increasing in size.
The examination found: A budding tumor of 15 cm long axis extending from the anal margin, and taking all the inter-gluteal space, giving a hull crest appearance.
A cutaneous biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of lowenstein buschke tumor and the patient was referred to the visceral surgery department for possible tumor resection.
